STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare fabric for cutting with paper backed adhesive. Cut fabric pieces and adhere to background fabric. Outline all pieces with fabric paint. Let dry.
Tie embroidery floss onto buttons leaving the knot in front. Make a large bow using 18 inches of wired ribbon with ends folded to the back and squish the middle together. Cover center with small piece of ribbon with edges folded into the center. Make a small bow with 1/8" ribbon.
Center the design on embroidery hoop. Glue the fabric to the back of the hoop (I used a glue gun). Pull one wire to ruffle remaining ribbon. If the wire breaks use a running stitch to gather. Glue ends together and glue onto hoop. Attach a hanger if desired.
