STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Cut fabric of your choice and heat 'n' bond to sizes you will need for your images. Then adhere heat 'n' bond to the fabric following manufacturer's directions.
Use Create a Critter 2 and your fabric selection to cut the ghost image and its layers with your Cricut machine. I cut the base image from black fabric, the base-shift image from white fabric, the layer image from orange fabric, and the layer-shift image from another white fabric. This ghost was cut at 6" and is on an adult large t-shirt. I had the best results using these settings: blade depth-6, pressure-5, and speed-2.
Remove the paper backing from the cut image and position on the t-shirt. Using your iron, adhere the images to your t-shirt one layer at a time, following the manufacturer's directions for the heat 'n' bond.
Using a white fabric marker, trace around the edge of the black pirate hat. This helps it stand out agains the black fabric and also provides a little more detail on the hat.
