I took a snowman and flipped it and then I welded each one and previewed it. I saved the design and then went to advanced and click the cut button.  Clicked on load mat and then cut and it says it is complete but it did not cut. I can't seem to cut any files that I make but can cut individual items.  Please let me know what I am doing wrong.  Thank you.

You need to update your Cricut. The current version is 2.34. To check the build on the g, on the welcome screen on the G, click the wrench, the build number is in the lower left.

Thank you Mercy for your help.  The build on my gypsy is 0115.  Is the build on the cricut 2.34 because of the new update?  I don't want to have to update until I get home since I am at a scrapbooking event this weekend and don't want to have any more issues.

Everytime there is an update, there is a new build. The build that is on your G does not allow you to flip welded images and the new update fixed that issue.

Hi Mercy,

It took awhile to update the gypsy.  It timed out twice and the third time was a charm. I was able to get two additional scrapbook pages almost done while waiting. The gypsy is now at build 0143 and the cricut is at 2.34.  I tried printing my designs and they now work.

Thanks again for all your help!  It is nice to have someone so helpful on the boards.
