Here is my "present" gift card holder. I used CC and george and the E, but it could be adapted for the baby bug.
Directions:
Cut page one and page two from card stock. At the bottom of the bow/tag cut trim the overhang with your sissors to make it even. Cut the pattern paper pieces and attach. I used stickles on my bows cut from patterned paper. First stick all of the pattern paper to there appropriate pieces, now stick the bow pattern paper onto the bow/tag. I used a glue stick and only glued the top portion down as far as the top of box, I then trimmed the long part even with sissors and then attached it on the bottom half. Repeat for the backside. Now glue the two bottom pieces together WST and only glue about 1/4" around three sides leaving the top open. Once the top is done it will fit into the middle of the bottom.
