The following promotional offer is intended for viewing in the United States (except Puerto Rico) and Canada (except Quebec) shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not participate in the promotional offer if you are not a resident of, and located, in the United States (except Puerto Rico) and Canada (except Quebec) at the time of purchase, or if you do not agree to these Official Terms and Conditions. Your participation in the promotional offer will be deemed an acceptance of a contract between you and Provo Craft & Novelty, Inc., the terms of which are these Official Terms and Conditions. Provo Craft & Novelty, Inc. is the Sponsor of the REGISTER AND GET QUILTED ORNAMENTS PROMOTIONAL OFFER. The Sponsor may alter, or otherwise amend these Terms and Conditions at the sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor is the final arbiter as to any conflict or dispute as to the meaning or purpose of these Terms and Conditions.

To Participate in the “Register and get Quilted Ornaments” Promotional Offer: Purchase any Cricut® machine between 11/1/12 and 1/15/13 from any authorized retailer to be eligible to participate in the REGISTER AND GET QUILTED ORNAMENTS PROMOTIONAL OFFER. Registration must be completed by 1/15/13. Participants must have or create an account on Cricut.com. There is no cost associated with creating or having an account. Once logged in, the registration page is located at http://www.cricut.com/home/my-account/Product-Registration. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Participants will be required to choose the product to register and enter a valid serial number. Serial numbers are located on the bottom side of the product. Participants will receive the “Quilted Ornaments” digital image set usable in the Cricut Craft Room® Design Software.

Once the promotional offer form has been submitted and approved, Provo Craft will authorize the image sets for the applicable account. Please allow two (2) business days for the image set to be added to the participant’s Cricut.com account. Digital image set will be visible under the “My Cartridges” section within the Cricut Craft Room® Design Software.

The Participant is responsible for any tax obligations that may arise through receipt of the Cricut cartridge. The recipient should consult its tax professional for further information. The promotional offer is subject to federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible promotional offer forms; or forms that are not accepted due to computer, Internet, or electronic malfunction. Participants agree that the Sponsor, its promotion partners, , authorized retailers, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this promotional offer or acceptance of or use or misuse of a cartridge or parts thereof. By submitting the promotional offer form, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
