Grand Prize Winner A Trip to New York City and a $2000 shopping spree at the new Michaels store in Manhattan! Gift Bag By: Lisa Jones Inspiration: boa Category: Paper Crafting Instructions: 1. Cut Gift bag from 12X24 pink card stock and assemble. 2. Cut 2 large, 3 medium and 3 small flowers from Tags Bags Boxes & More using the blackout feature on white pattern paper. 3. Brush flowers lightly with tea dye ink and then brush pearlized gold pigment on them. 4. Spritz with water and gently fold to add dimension and depth 5. Assemble flowers and add gemstone brad 6. Cut frame from Gypsy Wanderings and adhere to bag adhere flowers 7. Small Wilton doily brush with green pigment ink, spritz lightly with water and scrunch, cut 2 pieces and tuck in behind flowers. 8. Cut 4 pieces of ribbon, thread heart charm onto 1 piece and adhere to bag handless. 9. Adhere small pearl sticker to heart charm. 10. Cut tag and For You saying from Gypsy Wanderings. adhere pattern paper scraps and For You to tag tuck in behind heart charm 11. Use feather boa piece to hide gift rather than tissue paper. 12.
