Hi. I finally got a really good screen after help from the girls at customer service. Now when I tested the screen I have a ghosting around some of the image. Anyone have this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

I just want to make sure we are talking about the same thing: a stain from the ink that has been washed out completely but still shows on the mesh.
If it is just a ghost image, it will not affect your projects. I have purchased chemicals that remove this and someone suggested one of those Mr. Clean sponges, but I no longer worry about it. As long as the ink was removed from the mesh and not allowed to dry on there, you will be fine!
I get ghost images mostly from black Yudu brand and blue Enviroline brand inks.

I know this is an older post, but what do you mean by ghost image? It is normal to be able to see a slight stain of the previously burned image when reusing a screen, but it's just that, a stain. it will in no way affect the usability of the screen. If you're talking about something else, let me know and I can help you out!

OK... in reading the OP... I"m thinking I know exactly what the issue is...
You're pushing the ink INTO the shirt. You are laying it ON the shirt, not IN the shirt. It takes a lot less pressure than you think. IF oyu press too hard, the ink is going to press UNDER the screen and leave a feathering or "ghost" image around the original. Try less pressure on your pass.
