I bought a cricut imagine and I am so frustrated!
I have followed all instructions
1. plugged it in
2. turned power on
3. screen says insert the included cart. to update
your cricut imagine with the latest features before using.
okay......... so i have did this over and over when I insert cartridge and no update happens.
what do i do !!!!!!! i WAS SO EXCITTED but, now i an so dang tiered of messing with it.
PLEASE HELP. KIM

Confused Hi. :) You could have a bad cartridge. Download cricutsync from http://www.cricut.com/cricutsync/Default.aspxYou'll use the white cord it came with to hook it a computer. Turn the Imagine on and then open up Cricut Sync. It can do any updates it needs that way also. You'll need it anyways for all future updates. Also - pop over to this forum: http://community.provocr...cs35_Cricut-Imagine.aspxif you get stuck or it's still not working. I happened to pop into this one which is for the cricut craft room online tool that's in beta at the moment that provocraft is working on. :) The link is for the Imagine forum and if you post in the Questions for Chris, he can always help figure out what's going on.
