No matter which of my carts I choose or what shape all I get is this :
The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or a non-white space character among the padding characters.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem as I can not find it in the help section and would dearly love a chance to enjoy this new craft room for making my Christmas cards.

Is this every time you log on? I've had that error before and restarting CCR has fixed it. Also are you running Build 53?

I am aware of three cartridges that are giving the "base 64" error....perhaps you just happened to pick these cartridges to design your Christmas cards? The cartridges are Sweet Treats, Creative Memories Reminisce Accents and Winter Woodland. We are working to resolve the errors for these cartridges. If you found additional cartridges with this problem, please let me know which ones so I can inform our development team.

Mallory Thanks for posting this! I was just going to post about the SAME issues while trying to use Sweet Treats.

I had the issue while trying to use Winter Woodland, Pooh and Friends and Mickey and Friends. I did try again today with Mickey though and there was no issue. Good luck getting rid of this bug, other then it I am loving craft room.
