I'm on a Mac. Tonight (or should I say in the wee hours of the morning) I finally got the courage to update to Build 50. No problemo except, I never got prompted for drivers, don't know where to look for them.
Was able to set up a project from Love You a Latte, prompted me to insert cartridge, recognized it, hit cut and it said: "sending to Imagine" but a little green circle kept going round n round. Never did cut. I finally just hit cancel.
So, we are still not there yet.

Yep, still not there yet. Some reported that they were able to cut but not print and vice versa while others reported that they can do neither function. Just make sure your machine of choice is selected in CCR as that might or might not help the issue.
If you go into I think "Help" and then drivers, then you can add the drivers for the different cutters.

I believe you probably need to also be a BETA TESTER, since the BETA TESTERS would have the CUT button on their second/third downloads. There is the application (the first download we did) and the CUT download, which opens just like the application, but it shows the CUT button on the mat. There (the CCR icon that gets you into the download with the CUT button), you should be able to click on HELP and see the drivers to install. Hope that helps. Char

I am a Beta tester and I do have the cut button. It just did not cut. I couldn't find anything on the help button about drivers, the only choices that came up were Search, Help and License Agreement. When I selected Help nothing happened. Perhaps the drivers are not needed on the Mac?

Perhaps the drivers are not needed on the Mac? You are probably right about the MAC; at least, for now the drivers are not needed on the Mac! Maybe they will in the future. When I go to HELP on my desktop (WINDOWS XP), in CCR, the menus that come up are: HELP INSTALL DRIVERS LICENSE AGREEMENT When I click on HELP within HELP, nothing comes up. When I click on INSTALL DRIVERS, it shows Expression, Imagine and E2. When I click on LICENSE AGREEMENT, the terms and conditions of the agreement comes up. So, for now anyway, you are not getting the same menus on your MAC that I get on my WINDOWS XP. Char

I installed the drivers and I can see the Cut button and I am not even "invited". I cannot cut though. Anybody know what's up w/that? Is it just because I haven't been invited?

DID YOU EVER HAVE TO INSTALL DRIVERS for you MAC before you got it to CUT? Or, after Build53, is it cutting for MACS without installing drivers? Inquiring minds would like to know!! LOL! Char

I never had to install drivers. After not being able to cut the other evening I sent feedback. Today I received an email response that said to call customer support for some possible options to fix it. While I had them on the phone (they had no suggestions for me) I opened Craftroom and saw there was an update. I did the update, was not prompted for drivers, still see no reference to them under Help and was thereafter able to complete my cut. So I can only surmise that Mac does not need the drivers.
