Using an iMac and when I found I could not cut I tried to upload firmware for the expression without luck.. Went to a neighbour and used his PC to upgrade. All seemed to go well and when I plugged it into the iMac.... guess what .....still wouldn't cut. However loaded a figure into the iMac and when I pushed cut it loaded a new blank screen. I loaded another figure into the screen and when I pressed cut it unloaded the paper. Anybody have any suggestions or are Provocraft working and a fix? This happened a number of times so I gave up.
