How do you make a licence plate or bumper sticker for a ride-on toy car? I need to make one for my nephew's 1st birthday. Please help me!

Since you posted this 7 months ago, you have likely already figured out how to do it ... but I would recommend using colored vinyl to put the bumper sticker on a riding toy.
