I purchased a cuttlebug v2 at Amazon after reading the reviews one person added that you could not use it when you first get it because it does not come with the C plate I went to Hobby Lobby and Michaels to get one they did not know what I was talking about. I want to be able to use my cuttlebug when it arrives can someone please help maybe its not called a c plate. Does anyone know what I need?

It is called a C plate and Hobby Lobby does carry it. You can use cardboard or matboard for a shim if you need it,but you should be able to use your cuttlebug without the C plate. You will receive the A plate and 2 bB plates with your machine.

M's does carry the C plate, I've seen it there before. I think the C plate is for using differant brand folders/dies in it.
