What do I do when I have registered a cartridge but the craftroom states that it is the wrong cartridge that I am inserting. It is the Snapshot Nature cartridge. I haven't had that problem before with other carts.
Also the design will go all the way through today to the point that the machine recieves it but the imagine pops to the standard screen. Does a slow internet connection cause that?? I am on DSL

This is a definate learning experience! I don't think anything is working in CCR right now. If it is, I can't get anything to work after the lastest SYNC came through that I downloaded onto my machine. If you mean you registered "Snapshot: Nature" in OPTIONS/Bookmarks, I do see that it is in the listings. You haven't REGISTERED your cartridge in doing this; this is merely a way to allow the system to help us find our images faster (since the system automatically knows the cartridges we will be looking for and won't have to scan through all the cartridges we don't have when we need specific images for our projects).
