I was so pumped and excited for this new product.....over the last few months, I have felt let down significantly. Now, realizing what little patience I do have, I am quite thankful and very tickled that I am not a tester. Thanks to those who are getting frustrated in the beta phase, wasting paper and feeling the need to throw something... so that everyone else can eventually enjoy a full proof product!!!

I feel the same. I'm not even excited about this product anymore. With all the hype and let down, it kept me from getting sucked into purchasing the E2. My wallet thanks me!

very nice post -- thank you. I do feel like throwing something but revert to just pulling on my hair and letting out a screach. I am working with the imagine and Have all theres wounderful ideas in waiting. then..... aaahhhhuuuggggg.

I hope you won't need hair replacement by the time the kinks are worked out!! I have convinced myself that my Gypsy and Expression are ENOUGH!!! I am satisfied...for now anyway!

I got invited to be a beta tester, tried it once with my Imagine and won't be trying again until it's finished. It printed, spit out my mat, waited almost a minute so I didn't think it was going to do anything and it started cutting with no mat. i almost had a heart attack

Great post! I am one of the beta testers and I will tell you that I have given up on the program! The frustration is truly not worth it....the paper waste is not worth it! I am going to sit back, use my Gypsy, and wait until I read here on the board how wonderful CCR is now working before I ever turn it on again!
