I Just got Plantin Schoolbook and playing with the End Cap feature and trying to cut out just basic tag with DD's name in it "Chancey" and under the h, n and y the line does not cut so the tag is not completely cut out in 3 spots. Also tried the Quick Start Project for End Caps on page 7 of Handbook and again it did not cut the line under the + sign. Does this cart not function properly with the E2. HELP!!! PLZ!!!
