The light never worked,  My E2 has been updated, I have 0024: 0017: 0240. I called PC they asked my build number, had me change my light setting a few times, then gave me the option to keep it without a working light or send it in for a replacement. It cuts great, works with my Gypsy I just think it is a shame to send it back. Is there any "fixes" out there for the E2 light??? Thanks!

My light doesnt work when the Gypsy is plugged into it but does when I just use a cartridge.

Interesting...I have no light at anytime, with Gypsy or cartridges or with 'always on' or just when cutting options.
Anyone else having a light issue?

My light works fine, I have it set on "while cutting" and it comes on only when cutting.

 Doesn't look like my light is working either.... I haven't tried cutting without my Gypsy yet so I will have to see.... Not sure I want to  Any thoughts on what everyone else is going to do? Michelle

OK, just for fun I changed the setting to Light on all the time and now the light stays on while cutting with the Gypsy...but if I set it to On only when cutting it wont come on with the Gypsy, only with a cart.
