I installed from the 2nd email. I had some computer problems. Now there is no Craftroom icon on my desktop. When I tried to install again it says it is already installed. I cannot find it listed in my programs or where it might be installed. I tried to cut just signing in but couldn't cut so I might be using the older beta version. Help me please!
Also, I couldn't get th Creative Memories Cheerful Seasons overlay to show. I see the name, but the overlay doesn't show up.

Hi Betsy, If CCR is still installed on your computer you'll find it here: c:/Program Files/Cricut-CraftRoom/Cricut-CraftRoom.exe You can copy that icon to your desktop. If you can't find it there is it in your list of Programs when you go to Control Panel, Programs & Features. If it's there you could uninstall it then install it again from the link in your email. The CM Cheerful Seasons overlay doesn't work for me either. I'm guessing it has been reported to CCR already, but it's probably worth telling them again. They should be able to help you with your other problem too if you still can't find the program. Their email address is: craftroom@provocraft.com
