very excited to get the newest member of the Cricut Family...this is my very 1st Cricut and is a little intimidating. The update did not work, took me 2 hours & finally I found this mssg. board & someone was nice enough to display how to do it. The link ProvoCraft gave said "Error, no submission"  It took me another hour to get the download to work properly, I sure hope I like this machine  I am planning on using it for my new home business and I would be extrememly disappointed if the end results are not satisfying. I only now would love to be invited to the Craft Room as my friend is the one who sold me on this machine because of viewing her Design Studio software, I believe if it was not for the Craft Room I probably would not of made this purchase....wish me LUCK on loving this new electronic gadget

Good Luck! With a little practice you will be a whiz with your new electronic gadget! Search for E2 videos and you will find some great scrap book/paper crafting sites with lots of helpful information. I come to this message board to get tips and hints as well. Most of all...Have Fun!
