**Added #26, 27, 28 on March 9, 2012**

I really like the Edgy Albums that Bo Bunny makes so I thought, I might as well make them by hand using the Design Studio & my Cricut. The pics below are the CUT files available for dowbload.

All albums are 6 inches high except for #28 and that is 7 inches high. They can all be cut with a 12 x 12 inch mat.

Each one you download will have instructions. The zip file contains the CUT file, photo of the album and a PDF or WORD doc with those instructions and the supplies you can use to make the actual pages to make them nice and sturdy. Their just suggestions you don't have to use them.

These are great!BigGrin I have always thought that with the Cricut you should be able to make those books no problem. What kind of cardboard do you use when you cut these out? I made my own album once and jsut used cardboard from a soda can box but it was a bit flimsy and wasnt sure what else to use.

-I use Grungepaper because it's sturdy enough AND it will cut through the Cricut. Grungeboard will not cut because it's to thick. No matter how many times I cut it with the deep blade it just wasn't working.
-I use cereal boxes when the design is easy enough to trace and cut out myself. Trace it after cutting it out on cardstock.
-Poster Board
-Or a couple of pieces of cardstock. Then when you add the scrapbook paper to both sides it will be 4 papers thick.

FYI....
All the settings you would need to use on the grungepaper and poster board are on my blog page and also in the ZIP file if you were to download one of these.
