My niece's first birthday was several weeks ago. We had a wonderful time!


I made this onesie and no sew tutu for her. The onesie was from Hello Kitty Greetings (I used the outline feature). The tutu I cut ribbon and tied it around my thigh as a guide. I then cut the tulle at 24 inch strips (I used tulle from a spool not a bolt). I used a slip knot to attach the tulle to the ribbon. It surprisingly stayed on the whole party without having to be readjusted.


This was her invite. It fit into an A2 sized envelope


Here was the card also from hello kitty greetings.

Here is the stool I made her you can see a little glimpse of the hats also. I just got solid colored party hats and cut out scallops with hello kitty heads drawn on with the markers.

My daughter Lillian will be turning 6 here in May. She is having a hello kitty party too. I appreciate your ideas..I might scraplift the tutu but just make the shirt part....she has a tutu with hello kitty. THanks so much for sharing.
