I made this card for my best friend's 40th birthday party. We are both huge fans of the Broadway musical Wicked and the movie The Wizard of Oz. In the play, Glinda's dress is blue so that is why I made it blue. My friends and I planned a Wicked themed surprise party for her, complete with ruby red slippers!!
