Here are Woody and Buzz. Woody is 10 inches tall and Buzz is 8 1/2 inches tall. Buzz took a little longer to put together because he has a lot more pieces. I am very excited about how they turned out! Drea attached the following image(s):

Woops forgot to post my reply. These turned out great. I just got this cart and wanted to do vinyl in my Grandson's playroom. Were they as difficult as they look. How large could I go with and E. Was it tough finding the correct colors. Judy

Sorry Ladies... I just saw these posts...
On the expression, you can cut up to 23.5 inches. Woody is 10 inches tall here, and Buzz was 8 1/2 inches. They are a decent size for on the wall.
Its not hard for me to find colors to match because I have a HUGE box full of scrap paper, left over from previous crafts. So, I just go thru that til I find the correct color.
And I know some people were saying that these characters were hard to put together. But I enjoy that part (I have always enjoyed puzzles!) :) And if you make the image large enough, even the smallest pieces are handleable. (haha, is that a word!?) I just keep the booklet out for reference, if I cant seem to figure out where a piece should go.
I will say, Buzz was the most challenging image I have ever cut and put together with the cricut. But he turned out GREAT!
And I use clear crafting glue that is photo safe. It wont ruin the paper, or photo if I put it on a layout, and it dries completely clear. And it dries fairly quickly too.
Hope this helps! :)
