My sister recently got engaged. I wanted to make her a card from Sweethearts, but she didn't get a formal proposal and doesn't have a ring yet. I found the silhouette heart on Love Struck and thought it would work perfectly. I also used the Doily Lace Martha Stewart Punch, Congratulations stamp (from Inkadinkado's Chelsea Sentiments set), and Heidi Grace patterned paper "Day Dream Believer/Mini Floral". The patterned paper pack was found at Big Lots for $1! It's hard to see clearly, but the paper is glimmery. I also used Making Memories foam adhesive to pop up the heart.
