click on your image to get the arrows around it. Click on the bottom right arrow and move diagonally up. This will resize your image to whatever you want it to be proportionally in height and width. You can see what the size is in the size properties box in the upper right corner. If you are using layers or shadows, you will need to type them in the same grouping for them to be in proportion as well. Maybe someone else knows if there is another way to do the layers and shadows to get the same proportion. I just use copy and past and/or hide contours to move different parts of the cuts around on my mat for cutting with different papers at the same time. Hope this makes sense
