I have not purchased it yet but am looking for a cartridge to put a bottom on a cupcake wrapper to use as a container. Does this one have that option?

The Cupcake Wrapper cartridge does not have that option. You may be more interested in the Sweet Treats cartridge. Those holders have bottoms.
