Can you tell the Cricut to print out a single word (having all the letters connected) using the letters on the cartridge? Or do you have to print out one letter at a time to make a word? thanks for your answers!! Diana

Some of the carts have "words" already on them but Say you want to print your name as 1 cut you would have to use one of those programs. You can download the trial version of DS here http://www.cricut.com/cds/Update.aspx and give it a try before you decide to purchase. With the trial version you will only be able to cut with the carts that came with your machine (George - original V1 bug, Plantin and Accent Essentials - Expression, Don Juan - create)
