Hi!
I received a cricut expression for xmas and I'm excited. Actually, I bought my married daughter one, too! (wish we lived closer to work on projects togetherSad

Oh...and maybe I'm not to say this on this board, but we also have the 3rd party program. I teach a foreign language at high school and I'm anxious to see what I can do with this machine for home (I have tons of pictures in boxes) and work.

I'm excited...and overwhelmed right now. BigGrin

Well let me be the first to say welcome! I think you will love your Christmas present! My hubby surprised me with an imagine.

You know... since you have that program, or if you got a gypsy you actually could work on projects together by sharing files! Or you could always do one together by one starting and mailing and the other adding to it and sending it back!

Welcome to the board!

Welcome! You really aren't supposed to talk about 3rd party software here on the Cricut forum, but you're definitely not the first. Also, if you use the software, it will void your warranty through Provo Craft.

With that said, I hope you enjoy your E, I've really loved having mine!

She's absolutely right. That's a big no-no. Your posts will be pulled if you insist on mentioning any of the "cut" or "SVG" programs. Cricut products are made to work with other Cricut products. These programs have caused some problems with some of the machines not cutting properly after using them, and customer service will not provide any technical support for these products.

That being said....
WELCOME TO THE MB!!

Oh my! I guess I won't be using it and I'll tell my daughter, too. I haven't even opened the software up, yet, so I'm still 'safe.'

Thanks for the head's up!
