I just bought an expression because I love to scrapbook, but I make cakes as well. Do you know if I am able to use the icing sheets for cakes through my expression?

Hello and welcome to the message board. I dont know if it would be sanitary to use your circuit for paper crafts and cake decorating. Think the cake machine wou d be more easily cleaned than the expression.

Ya, it is definitely not recommended to use cake materials in the regular Expression. The actual Cricut Cake machine has some added features that make it food safe. Plus, I would assume you've used your E for paper cutting, the blade and housing most definitely had some of the paper on them, which could contain toxins you wouldn't want to eat. If your concerned about the price of the Cake, JoAnns sells the new Cake Mini at a pretty reasonable price.
