Does anyone know if rewards came with this cartridge? I just purchased it and it was supposed to be brand new but it had been opened.

I don't know if you ever found the answer to your question on this, but...
I don't believe that this cartridge falls into the rewards program, since it's original release was prior to the rewards program launch. Any of the older released carts are exempt from having rewards.

In addition to what Beth wrote, it was originally part of a bundle and my understanding is that cartridges released as part of a bundle will never have rewards points.
