Help! I just got this cricut for Christmas, I plug it in and the lights flash on and off. The screen never turns on and it seems like it's stuck. I tried to reset it a few times but it didn't help. This is my first cricut so I have no idea how to fix it. Help please!

I think a trip back to your place of purchase might be in order. Sounds like you need a replacement.

friend had this problem with hers that she got in the uk england and took it straight back to the shop they sent it back and she got a new one it turned out to be a problem with the mother board in the machine unfortunally a trip back to the shop is what i would advise
