Could someone please help me understand.... Design Studio software says you can see all images from all cartridges. Does that mean you can USE any image from any cartride if you buy design studio?

No, it doesn't mean that you can use images from any cart. You can see what is on the different carts and use them to design, but you can't cut them unless you have the cart. I found this helpful when I was working on a design and found an image that was on a cart I didn't have, and I decided I liked enough images to buy that cart.

You can DESIGN with the entire cartridge library. But in order to CUT your design you need to have purchased the cartridge.
