 help i like to now if there is a cafts with old cricut mats. i keep all my old mats.dont like to throw away.thank you

you can tape around the edges, and then use quilting spray or a zig pen to re-sticky your mats and keep re-using them this works for all the old mats don't throw away they are expensive.

Try wiping them down with baby wipes after each use it prolongs the life of them. I have also heard of people using them for support in mini albums. They cut them to the size they want and put paper on both sides of them. Keeps them from bending. Hope this helps.

The tip to mix equal parts of Alene's tack-it and water and paint on mats with foam brush really works to make mats sticky again. Be sure after dry to pat with your hands to activate the stickiness. I just did this today and the mats are all sticky again. Try this before throwing your mats out. I got the Alene's Tack it at Michaels Craft.
