Hello,can anyone help as to where can buy new cricut blade housing unit.I have tried on several occasions to contact provo craft by e-mail and only once have they replied,requesting home address,to send me new one.This i did,but as yet nothing has arrived and no replies to my emails,which is quite frustrating.Maybe its because I live in England,I don't know.I have already tried to buy one off their website,but to no avail,as they request a country,from the drop down box,but there are only Canada and America to choose from.Please can someone give me a lifeline,as am desperate to use my cricut.Thank you.

Do they sell the deep blade housing unit separately in the UK? If so, you could use that until you are able to talk to PC again. In the USA, they sell this in many of the craft stores.

Was the one that came with your machine defective? Missing? Can you contact the vendor you bought the Cricut from?

Try calling. They hired more customer service people so when I call a week or so ago, I got through really quickly.
