Just purchased a Cricut Personal Electronic Cutter today. I followed all of the set up directions, but the roller bar isn't working. It's uneven and won't move at all. Please advise.

Did you get all the cardboard packaging out from inside the cricut?
If you did and it's not working properly I'd probably take it straight back to where you purchased it for an exchange.

As Narelle said, I'd take it back and exchange it. Since you just bought it and it's a hardware thing that sounds like is messed up, I wouldn't even try to mess with it because it could just have other problems later.
