A friend's daughter is turning 16 - her theme is tap/jazz/ballet. I'm looking for some ideas or cartridges to use to create centerpieces for the affair.

Idea 1~
A Happy Birthday Banner using tap shoes, ballerina slippers or something jazzy.
Insteade of the normal triangular banner shape, use the shape of the theme like ballerina slippers.
Idea 2~
Using a wired picture/card holder, have cut outs and ask her friends to write something funny/nice/whatever and turn those into a miny scrapbook embellishments for her.
