I ordered a bag and 1 carts the very first day and I had it by Saterday, but I had it ship to the PO. I knwo fedex is really slow. So if I can help it I don't deal with them. I ordered a G on Sunday since it was such a good deal and as far as I know it has not shipped yet. I have not check the website today to see if it has or not. I also had this mailed through the PO.

did you actually check with fedex? they are telling people their orders shipped when in reality all they did was print a label, they havent actually given the shipments to fedex yet

I ordered on November 10th with USPS Priority Mail shipping. My account showed a tracking number that same day. I've been checking the USPS tracking site ever since and there was nothing except that message that says a label was printed but it wasn't actually shipped yet. Today when I checked it showed that the package arrived at my local post office this morning so I should be receiving it tomorrow. I'm in Hawaii so it usually takes me the longest to receive something.

I ordered mine Oct. 14th and got it on the 22nd. Thought that took a long time. Buttttt I haven't gotten the cartridges I was promised so hopefully you will get yours. Have contacted 3 times, waiting for their next reply.
