Deperately needing help....I have an Expression that I have had for about 3 yrs. I am updating it thru Design Studio now and it told me I needed two updates. After the 1st update it prompted me for the 2nd update. Half way thru the 2nd 10 minute update it closed out and said system update failed. Now my cricut machine is stuck in update mode but I can't get past or complete the 2nd update. Can anyone please tell me how to fix this problem??? Oh and I don't know if it makes a difference but I have the demo version of Design Studio. Thanks

Having the demo of DS won't make any difference. Buy now I'm sure you've probably powered the Cricut off. Is it still in update mode when you switch it on? Have you downloaded and installed the most recent software version of DS yet? You'll get it here: http://www.cricut.com/CDS/Update.aspxWhen you did the firmware update did you select the Expression?
