Recently purchased the gypsey that was to come with 10 new downloads if bought andf registered by Oct 31 I am unable to download the second set of FREE carts to my gypsety it keeps telling me my gypsy is up to date anyone else with this problem? The web site states will be available after 11-1-10 which is why i got the first part and not the second.

Have you looked at the carts on your gypsy to see if they are all there after you did the update? The titles would be in black and not red writing.

I hope you've got this solved by now. I was going to suggest turning everything off, unplug both the gypsy and your machine, and starting over.

You could also just click on the loaded carts when U go into the search carts area...then you will know exactly which carts are loaded on the Gypsy! HTH!

are you using cricut sync to get the carts and not gypsy sync?
