Wow, this is fabulous, how did you do the lettering? You've inspired me...my son graduates this year and these are also his school colors! Great job!

To Make the word GRAD i used a book from puzzlemates. I've had the alphabet and numbers/celebration for yrs. If interested in the book google puzzlemates, and if the co. doesn't sell them anymore go on ebay and look. When you have the patteren book , you will place patteren on picture trace it with pen or pencil, you have to do this for each section of the letter then cut them out, place them on what ever paper you like with some type of adhesive (I use sticky tabs)and then you will cut around them.
