 I've been tring to cut a label around a digi stamp but just cant get it lined up! I'm really frustrated! Has any one done this?

Okieladybug did a video on how she did it a while back. I'll try to find the link for you.
Bascially what she did was:
1) Cut your lable the size that you want it on cardstock
2) Print the digi on regular copy paper.
3) Line up your cut to your print the way you want it & use repositonalbe tape to hold it in place.
4) Load the paper back into your printer & print. This time it will print on your cut.
Remove & use on your project.

I looked at the link posted by Mom2 and it's really clear, with pictures and everything. She shows using the G to set it up but I can see it would work with CDS or even by going directly through your Cricut.
Another suggestion would be to use a punch or a manual die cutter, like the Cuttlebug or one of the Sizzix machines. I would practice on cheap cardstock before wasting any good paper.
You could also use a pair of decorative edge scissors or cutter blade if you are trying to cut a square, rectangle, or diamond shape.
So many ways to play around,
