Thanks so much everyone for your wonderful comments . I showed my husband what you all had to say and he is feeling pretty good about him self right now :) The color on the walls are Pottery Red ( flat ) Behr paint at home depot.

Gorgeous. Love the color. Cool shelf with the photo boxes above the window too.. I can't figure out what kind of shelves to up on the wall yet for storage.. eventually :)
