Hello Ladies, I have borrowed my mothers cartridge of sweet treats and this morning I went to cut the cupcakes number 2 and it said it was unavailable. So I was worried it was my machine but then cupcakes 3 and 4 and 5 all said unavailble too. My machine was bought second hand so I am worried that it is my machine and not the cartridge. But then cupcake number 1 and 6 will cut. Please any help would be greatly appreciate.

Oh thanks very much, do you happen to know if they have only a certain amount of time to contact PC about this? Or we can let them know anytime about the problem?\ Again thank you very much for letting me know.

there were several issues with some of the sweet treats carts. Since they have no way of knowing which ones were at which location or how soon they were sold. I'm sure they will replace it with no issues.
