I am fimiliar with how to post pics on the old messageboard. On the new one, I selected "add image" but its pops up with something scripted and asking for the picture URL. I don't have a blog. I just want to be able to post from the files on the computer. Can somebody help?

Jess, I understand your frustration! I wanted to post from my desktop and was so disappointed because I couldn't. I did not post for a long time on the new message board because I didn't want to create a blog. However, I finally gave in and created a blog for the purpose of being able to post to the new message board. It is so easy to create a blog using a Goggle account. After setting up your blog, it is VERY easy to post to the message board! Honestly, using the blogger instructions from Google is like using BLOGGIN FOR DUMMIES!  Someone out there in Cricut Space....may have instructions for posting from the desktop...

Thank you for your reply! You would think Provocraft would give you the tools to do it both ways, it just seems like more work to post my projects to a blog and then post to this messageboard. Overly frustrated!

Disregard the above. Someone sent me a message with useful information. At the bottom of the post above the "post" button, select "Attach files to this post?". I done that and still no pic. You have to open my file to see. Anyone know why?

At the bottom of your post, there is a button to ATTACH files to this post. Clicking on this and posting will bring up your files in your computer. Be sure you have saved your picture to a format (e.g., .jpg) that PC allows.
You should be able to go to "My Pictures" in your computer and double click on the picture you want. The description will pop in the box and you need to then hit "Download".
That should do it. If you want a second, third, etc., simply go back down and hit ATTACH files to this post again. You can probably do that as many times as you want to.

You could set up a gallery in Flicker. It is free to join. http://www.flickr.com/Once you upload pics to Flicker, select the one you want to post here on the MB and right click to get the properties. Select the last item "View image info". A little box will appear with the picture URL highlited for you to right click "Copy". Next, in the menu of your MB post, Click on the little square with the mountain on it to insert image, and that is where you would paste the URL. All pics should be sized no larger than 500 x 500 pixels so that they view properly on this board. Hope this helps. Sharon Edited by user Saturday, October 30, 2010 9:20:19 PM(UTC)
