I have made the man and lady Pilgrims. And the man and lady Indians. I made them fit to page which came out at 11 1/2 inches. But the lady has come out alot bigger than the man. They both have come out 11 1/2 but the lady is alot taller in the body and the shoulders are higher. This is not helpful when you want to makethe man & lady as a pair. So maybe if you make the man first then take a size for the lady.
I hope this helps anyone who is going to make them.

I noticed that too. The second set I made the woman pilgram 1/2 inch smaller and it was much better.
