I have a 4 1/2 piece of cardstock and I want to make it a frame. How do I make the cut in the center?

You can place an x or mark on the center of the area in which you want to cut. Line up your blade to the x and make sure center cut button is on if you have an expression or create.
I don't have a baby bug so....I think if you do have a baby bug, move the blade where you would want the cut (not in the middle though) to cut out your shape...I hope that makes sense.
