Hi all. I have tried to call Provo craft about 20 times last few hours to get ahold of them. I need a replacement for my Sweet Treats Cartridge.. I don't know why I can't get through.. Do they have more then one number to call? I am using the 1-877-727-4288. Any have any success with calling them?

I don't mean to be negative, but it could take you days to get through to them. Be patient and keep trying.

I have had good response from PC when calling.
However, every time you call and go into the que, when you hang up and call back, you're back at the end of the que. If I have a wait, I put my phone on speaker and continue to do other tasks while I wait my turn.
With the new update for the Gypsy/Imagine just released, the number of callers has definitely increased for PC.
