this is my 1st here can some one help me mat will not load in machine looks like top roller and bottom roller rolls freely using my finger hit load button makes all the moves but don't pick up mat can i reset software or do i need to send this off for repair i sure hope this is under warrenty will gladly listen to advice KK

Sounds like the roller bars are not functioning properly. try giving provocraft a call and explain your problem and they will let you know the next step whether they maybe able to work it out with u over the phone or if it will need to be repaired . hope this helps- Melissa thier number is 1877 7cricut
