I received my Imagine yesterday and cannot get the ink cartridges to snap in. There is a black piece of plastic blocking it. It is not removable. It looks like the print cartridge holder moves up on the DVD instructions but it doesn't happen on mine. Anybody have any suggestions.

I don't know anything about the I. All I would say is to make sure you have totally unpacked the machine. Maybe there is some tape holding something down so it doesn't shift and break in shipping. Sorry  best adivice I can give. Hope everything works out for you. If you can't get things working Call PC 0n Monday .

I had the same problem, if you turn the machine on that piece will move to allow you to insert the print cartridge. They neglected to tell you this in the instructions.
