Where do we get support for technical issues with modifying a profile

I am trying to make changes to my profile and every time I try to save, I get an error message - where or how do you contact an administrator
There has been a serious error loading the forum. No further information is available.
Please contact the administrator if this message persists.

Hum ..... Try going to the old board and change it there.

the old board is now read only... and you cannot log in there... will trying asking at cricut.com support - thanks tho!

I am pleased to say the bugs have been worked out and I was able to modify my profile!!

Glad you got it working. There is a forum called Forum Guides and Chris can help you with any future problems.
Even though the old board is read only (which it really isn't yet because you can still post on existing threads, you just can't create new threads), you can still log in and access your account, subscriptions and other stuff.

Trying to change password and I keep getting an error on old forum. Where do I change password here. I go to edit profile but there is no where to change it. I have to keep logging in with my temp password. I have to go to my e-mail to find it LOL

speaking of Tech problems, What do I need to change to have PC to quit sending me double messages each time someone comments on a post? It is making a mess of my e-mail account?

I can't change my password either. Keep getting an error message and can't find where to ask a forum guide a question... since you can't email him. Very frustrating.
